About

My clients are on a journey of self-discovery to make positive changes in their mood, relationships, and academics or work, through psychotherapy or psychological assessment. I work with teens and adults in psychotherapy, provide parent coaching, and conduct assessments. When a psychotherapy client tells me that they "heard my voice" or an assessment client tells me that I "nailed it," I know that they feel understood, and they can carry the discoveries made through our work together to make positive changes in their daily lives.

I am passionate about getting to know each person and family that I work with to provide services that are individualized and evidence-based. My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic, rooted in cognitive-behavioral skills and mindfulness. Assessments are tailored to your goals, whether exploring a diagnosis or learning about strengths and weakness.
